There are a few things which might be causing issues with our emails not being delivered to your inbox.
Check to make sure our emails aren't being delivered to your junk folder. To do this, find your junk folder in your email account and look for an email from 'Discounts For Carers'. If you see one then click on it and select 'add to safe senders'.
Check to see if you have unsubscribed from our emails.
Email addresses change quite frequently, so it's worth checking we have you registered under the correct address. To do this, click on 'My Account' from the top of our website.
